As my children get older and not playing with toys as much I like to make sure any gifts I give them will stick around for the long-haul, are durable, and serve multiple purposes. Listed below are 6 items that fit those requirements I would use as a whole family gift for Easter.
1. Rebound Net – Perfect for all your athletes. They can practice solo or together, it works for a variety of sports, and saves the side of your house from some damage-win win!

2. Trampoline – Our children got a trampoline for Easter about 5 years ago and it is still a popular item. I do recommend getting on with a study ladder and sides to help prevent injuries.

3. Movie Projector – Although I don’t have one yet it is top of my list of items for this year. I can just picture the driveway movie nights, sleepover pj parties, watching a game around the campfire, projecting on the side of the camper after a long day of hiking. Oh the possibilities. If you have one please let me know which brand.

4. Reusable Water Balloons – These have results in hours of play with no major cleanup. In the past I would be finding balloon parts for weeks, but not anymore!!

5. Hammock – There are a variety of hammock types and styles. Personally I have a nylon type one that hangs between two trees when we go camping. The kids and I use it to relax and read a book or take a nap. Growing up we always have heavy string ones that were perfect for playing shipwreck, tipping one another off of, relaxing, soaking up some sunshine, etc.

6. Inflatable Water Slide and Bounce House – Although this is aimed at a younger crowd I couldn’t help but include it. Where were these things when my kiddos were little?
